We do not charge for our time, but for the value we deliver to you. Once we determine the value of our collaboration to your organization we will agree on a single project fee. We do not believe you should be looking at the clock every time you need our support. By agreeing on the value of our collaboration we can work together using all available resources to realize that value.

What are you paying for (if not time)?

We are process focused. While we often link our work to specific outcomes, we have discovered that the greatest value comes from attending to the quality of our collaboration, and extending that quality throughout your organization or work group. Our experience in improvisation has taught us that "the process is the product." If the process is focused, engaging, creative and supportive, the product takes care of itself.

We work in collaboration and partnership. Our success depends on working in partnership with your leaders and stakeholders to design and deliver a strategy to achieve your goals. We work best when we can tap into the wisdom and expertise within your organization and co-create an approach best suited to your culture and climate.
