Our Guiding Principles

A few principles guide us in working with you to create a dynamic workspace. These principles have emerged from our years of research and experience with organizations.

Organizations are human systems. People make meaning in terms of what is meaningful to them.
Cultural transformation is easily subverted by the prevailing norms. Learning and transformation are relational.
People need the space to experience themselves at their full capacity. All workspaces are learning spaces.
