All workspaces are learning spaces.

The question is, "what are people learning in your workspace?" Often people get mixed messages about what is expected of them at work. They are asked to take risks, offer new ideas, make decisions on their own, yet, in practice, they may observe others suffering negative consequences for taking risks and being creative. Soon they learn to align with the values they care about most (e.g., job security, emotional safety, freedom from judgment) rather than attain the organizations' espoused values. We work with leaders who truly care about realizing their organizational values while engaging their top talent in reaching their business goals. We collaborate with leaders who want to ensure that their workspace is a positive learning space.
