I find that one of the most important ways I can help my clients is to continually create opportunities to explore new possibilities for their work... when we open up the "typical paradigms," deep engagement and "magic" can happen... I care about retention in my company, so I care about happiness. I'm always trying to improve conditions for my employees so they feel happy and safe and satisfied. Every time someone has an anniversary at our company, I'm proud they've stayed with us.
