Please contact us and share
What you care about in your organization. Your posting
will inspire others and you may also be inspired as you
read what others care about!
Our organization
cares about partnering with our communities, engaging our
People, building relationships with our customers and driving
results for our stock holders. The first three matter most
and if done with commitment, intelligence and passion - the
results will follow. I love that Pamela poses this question
because it generates a dialogue that touches both the heart
and the mind. Thanks!

I find that one
of the most important ways I can help my clients is to continually
create opportunities to explore new possibilities for their
work... when we open up the "typical paradigms," deep engagement
and "magic" can happen... I use a lot of what I've learned
from Pamela to help people hear each other and build on each
other's thoughtss to create some pretty spectacular new relationships
and ideas.

My company competes
on its ability to deliver excellent customer service, so I
care about engagement. If our people weren't engaged,or didn't
care about what they were doing, our customers would go somewhere
else.

I care about
retention in my company, so I care about happiness. I'm always
trying to improve conditions for my employees so they feel
happy and safe and satisfied. Every time someone has an anniversary
at our company, I'm proud they've stayed with us.
