In
one day participants enhanced problem solving,
collaboration, creativity, flexibility, and
teaming skills while meeting challenges under
pressure---and had a lot of fun doing it! Thanks
for providing a great learning experience.

Our
executives wanted a learning event that would
build on our teams success. ACTION! gave
us new ways to work together, celebrated everyone's
contriibutions, and inspired us to create and
implement process improvements all while
having FUN together! I highly recommend ACTION!

Lights! Camera!
ACTION! This program is an example of our custom designed
experiential learning events. We created this program for
a client who wanted to take their organization to the next
level. It has since become a favorite for many of our clients
and is guaranteed to be unlike any other training program
you and your colleagues have experienced! In fact, this
is not a training program at all, but a "learning event".
As the title suggests, your group will not only learn how
to put collaboration into action, they will discover the
"positive core" of your organization and learn
to build on your successes.
Unlike many novel
experiential learning programs that may be engaging in the
moment, but whose positive effects soon fade, "Collaboration
in ACTION!" is designed to be a catalyst for your long-term
success.
Your participants
will:
|
|
Discover
and build your culture of participatory success |
|
|
Energize
new and existing collaborative relationships |
|
|
Coach
each other to success |
|
|
Learn
the collaboration and communication skills necessary
to respond quickly to change |
|
|
Recognize
hidden talents and build on members' strengths |
|
|
Generate
specific "Action!" initiatives for success
long after the cameras stop rolling and your "crew
members" get back to the office. |
|
|
Have
a wonderful, challenging and fun (some report, hilarious)
day together. |
The ACTION!
Learning Event also includes:
|
|
ACTION!
learning materials |
|
|
A
non-traditional training location (to stimulate collaboration
and learning) |
|
|
A
full-fledged "movie premiere" (popcorn and
candy included) |
|
|
An
Executive Debrief to discuss additional strategies for
your leaders to continue to support collaboration success
(immediately following the program). |
