When it comes
to rapid change and pressing deadlines, no one has time
to take a personality profile, or put together the perfect
mix of people for their work assignment. In this session
you will learn the secrets of successful improvisers who
know how to come together at a moment's notice and have
a successful (even fun!) creative collaboration. You will
learn how to adjust to the demands of each work group and
project so that you are always a positive contributor. In
addition, you will learn to support the contributions of
your collaborators and take advantage of ideas and points
of view that differ from your own (yes, it's possible!).
